The Consultation (30-45 mins)
We'll discuss your skin concerns, medical history, and what you're hoping to achieve. This is YOUR time to ask questions and understand exactly what treatment involves.
The Patch Test (Part of consultation)
A small area will be treated with your chosen laser. This shows us:
• How your skin reacts
• What settings work best for you
• Exactly what the treatment feels like
• Any precautions you need to know
Wait 48 Hours to 2 Weeks
You'll need to wait a couple of days after the patch test before your first full treatment. This lets us see how your skin responds.
Your First Treatment (Varies by treatment)
Once you're ready, we'll perform your full treatment. Most clients are surprised by how comfortable and quick it is!
Aftercare
We give you detailed aftercare instructions to maximise results and keep your skin happy.
What to bring:
• Your ID (for age verification if needed)
• Any relevant medical info
• Questions! We love them
What NOT to do before:
• No sun exposure for 2 weeks
• No fake tan
• No waxing/plucking (shaving only!)
• No retinol for 2 weeks
