Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their original appointment if it clashes with next appointments that are scheduled. In this circumstance deposits paid are non-refundable.
Late Cancellations
We understand that emergencies will happen from time to time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we simply ask that you notify us at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit paid.
No Shows
In the case of you missing your appointment you will lose your non-refundable deposit. Two or more missed appointments may cause you to be unable to book further appointments.
Service Guarantee & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your appointment or within 24hrs. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our staff if you have any health concerns, allergies, any physical issues or disabilities or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment please alert your service provider immediately.
Right To Refuse Service
Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if the state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Children In The Salon
As we are concerned with your and your child's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised or unruly children in the salon. In emergency situations please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
Pets In The Salon
Unless otherwise agreed with salon management animals are not allowed in the salon.
