BOUDICA IS RECRUITING
As a new business BOUDICA wants to move fast and have bold ambitions. Our vision for BOUDICA is to be a one stop, beautiful salon for all of your hair and beauty goals. We are therefore looking for people who are self starting and have an infectious positive attitude.
We would love to find and then work with people who are looking for an exciting opportunity to join us at the beginning of our journey. We are looking for hairstylists, nail technicians, lash and brow artists, beauty therapists and holistic therapy practitioners.
We have decided that in our quest to find the right talent we will be flexible in offering employed and self employed positions also supporting full time/part time roles to suit the successful candidates.
WHAT EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND TRAITS DO I NEED?
HAIR STYLISTS:
We would love to find confident and passionate stylists with a creative flair and good understanding of the latest industry techniques. The new team stylists would preferably have a minimum of two years in salon experience and be able to demonstrate their skills and ability. The new team members will need to be driven and committed to help us create the vision we have for our new salon.
LASH & BROW ARTISTS:
We are looking for experienced lash and brow artists who can make their clients feel fabulous using the most modern techniques. Attention to detail is crucial as the smallest changes to a clients brows and lashes can significantly impact their appearance. BOUDICA is looking for ambitious and talented artists in this field.
NAIL TECHNICIANS:
The successful candidates must be confident, experienced and proficient at using BIAB as this will be BOUDICA'S chosen gel product brand. You will need to be able to come up with innovative designs and be up to date with latest trends. Precision and attention to detail are crucial alongside brilliant customer service and great communication skills.
HOLISTIC THERAPISTS:
We are looking for therapists who can deliver some of the more relaxing and therapeutic treatments suited to a softly lit atmospheric room, such as different massage techniques. BOUDICA would like the successful candidate to have a calming and professional approach to their clients to enhance their overall experience.
